The Past
One of the biggest challenges the Christian has to deal with daily is the PAST. We can look back over our shoulder and see the good things that have happened, the bad things that we have done and the ugly things that others have done to us. None is perfect; all have sinned, that is a fact that cannot be disputed. However, that was YESTERDAY, that was the past. You must let it go. You can learn from yesterday; just don't live in it. If you live in yesterday, then you are going to kill tomorrow. Yesterday's victories will not carry you through today; neither should yesterday's defeat dominate tomorrow.
If the enemy can keep you looking back, then the enemy can keep you from looking forward.
So remember - "Life is like a camera... Focus on what's important. Capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and when things don't work out, take another shot."
